It was hot, hot, hot down at Capital Factory last Thursday evening where a few hundred startup founders, team members and innovators celebrated the 2018 50 on Fire winners.

Austin Inno's 50 on Fire identifies the city's hottest companies, organizations and people across a variety of categories. We announced the 50 on Fire winners a few weeks ago and on Thursday we partied together and revealed the category winners, each of which received a red Inno Blazer to wear with pride.

So what’s an Inno Blazer? The Inno Blazers are the top companies or people trailblazing new paths and blazing the brightest in their category. The Inno Blazers were selected by a panel of local judges. This year's panel included Techstars Impact Managing Director Zoe Schlag, ATX Seed Ventures COO Danielle Allen and WeWork Community Director Matthew Glazer.

Now, let's get to the awesome video and the list of Inno Blazer winners!

Inno Blazers:

  • B2B Technology & Software: OJO Labs
  • Consumer Product Goods: Genevieve Gilbreath
  • Cyrpto/Blockchain: ALTR
  • Environmental/Cleantech: GrubTubs
  • Government, Advocacy & Education: Care2Rock
  • Healthcare & Medicine: EverlyWell
  • Investment: Rocket Dollar
  • Lifestyle: Naji H. Kelly
  • Marketing, Advertising & Design: Kickstand Communications
  • Nonprofit: Austin Tech Alliance

A huge thank you to 50 on Fire sponsors St. Edward's University, ZeroCater and Capital Factory. Now, let's roll the video...
