College is supposed to be the best four years of your life, right? Full of keg stands, parties and matching tattoos? Or, better yet, papers, midterms and final exams.

Yeah, we’d rather stick to the parties, too.

For those that are with us, InsideCollege has come up with a list of 21 of the “Hottest Colleges.” Luckily for you Bostonians, two of our fair schools made the list: Boston College and Boston University.

Just another title for the two to duke it out over. You can start the “Sucks2BU” chants now, BC. Although Boston University was ranked the “Best Place to Go to College in the United States.”

Those out in Medford actually got a shout-out, as well. On top of the “Hottest Colleges,” the site also ranked “Hot Colleges,” and Tufts University squeaked in. Unfortunately, with a little less popularity.

Now, the madness behind InsideCollege’s methodology has yet to be determined. All they’ve got written on their site is, “Any school on this list is the place to be. They are the experts’ choice for schools most popular with students.”

Surprised, then, that Harvard’s not on this list, especially since Yale is. The Winklevii would surely object. Would they even dream of going to a school where the party isn’t? Boston College and Boston University must have stole all their fun.
