Look, I know you’re a fashion expert. You’ve watched episodes of Project Runway and you have opinions. But if no Boston Fashion Week invitations hit your inbox, don’t fret. I’ve outlined a weekend schedule that makes sure you get the most out of Boston Fashion Week, without an invitation.
Thursday, Sept. 27
7 p.m. People-watch at the Opening Night Gala: Who knows what kind of red carpet magic (or mayhem) there will be as Boston’s most fashionable walk the red carpet at the Mandarin Oriental. Saddle up to a window seat at neighboring Atlantic Fish, L’Espalier, Abe & Louie’s or Back Bay Social Club and provide your own running commentary.
8 p.m. Drea Designs Couture: Known for Asian-inspired robes and swimwear, Drea presents her latest collection. Free, and open to the public. (Splash, 150 Kneeland Street)
10 p.m. Choose between two shows: Boston natives Randi Spoon and Alexis Lawton present SPOON Fashion’s Spring 2013 collection (Tico, 222 Berkeley Street) and Boston Fashion Meet-Up Group Organizer Kathy Benharris presents looks from Elie Tahari Fall 2012 at Fashionably Late (Liberty Hotel, 215 Charles Street)
Friday, Sept. 28
On your lunch break: Fashion Truck Showcase: The Fashion Truck, Lola’s Urban Vintage, ARTichoke, The Brkfst Clb, Sneakerbox, and the Boston Sports Apparel Company will all be parked at City Hall…who needs a shop to shop? (City Hall from 11:00AM-7:00PM)
7:30 p.m. Marie Antoinette at the A.R.T: Spend time with the Queen of Fashion herself, and save $5 on A or B section seats with the code BOSTONFW5.

Saturday, Sept. 29
