Boston tech companies had just a few pieces of news on the hiring front this week, including executive hires and board additions.
Here are the latest Boston tech jobs moves to know about:
• Luminoso, a Cambridge startup with software to help companies better process consumer feedback, has made three personnel moves. The company named Chad Kelly, formerly of Leaf and Gomez, as its VP of finance. Luminoso also appointed Jim Follett, founder and CEO of Trebuchet Impact Advisors, as a corporate advisor, and serial entrepreneur Sharon Kan to its board of directors. Kan’s previous companies have included Tikatok (acquired by Barnes & Noble) and Zoomix (sold to Microsoft).
• Boston-based telehealth company American Well has made two additions to its board of directors, including former Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick. Other current positions for Patrick include serving as a managing director at Bain Capital, though the firm isn’t one of the investors in American Well. Also joining the board at the company is Brendan O’Grady, CEO of North America generics for Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.
• Cambridge cybersecurity firm Resilient Systems has hired Karen Higgins, most recently VP of finance at Veracode, as CFO. The company has also hired Maria Battaglia—formerly of Monster.com, Polaris Venture Partners and IBM—as VP of marketing.
• Waltham-based Fidelis Cybersecurity has hired David Macey as senior vice president for worldwide sales. Macey previously held roles at Oracle and McAfee.
