As Norbella grew, we recognized the importance of defining the values that built the foundation of our culture, brand and business. It was our opportunity to reflect on our success and to highlight the behaviors and talents that helped us get here. On a weekend getaway of ghost stories, relaxation & Fireball up in Mt. Washington, we started the process of creating our core values, as a team. Each person was asked to define what makes Norbella, Norbella.  We left the weekend with consistent themes and hung over.  Over the course of a few months we brainstormed, tweaked, retweaked and crafted what has now become a part of our DNA. Our core values are the principles that guide how we think, act and work.  We recruit, problem solve, innovate, set goals and hold each other accountable with these fundamentals in mind.
