We carried you into the weekend with a picture of New England Patriots Quarterback Tom Brady snuggling up to one apologetic looking Easter Bunny. His affection was put on public display as part of UNREAL candy’s newest ad campaign, focused on teaching spring’s famed cottontail critter a thing or two about nutrition.

UNREAL’s “2013 Easter Bunny Apology Tour” has kicked off in its entirety today, with an accompanying website called “Sorry Bunny,” and Tom Brady isn’t the only star to make an appearance. John Legend is seen serenading his furry friend with “The Junk Food Blues,” while personal trainer Jillian Michaels it trying to whip him into tip-top (rather, hip-hop) shape.

The candy brand launched last year with the help of Nicky Bronner, a Brookline native who had already garnered the support of Brady, his supermodel wife Gisele Bündchen and Babson President Len Schlesinger by age 15. His goal was to take the “junk” out of “junk food,” and the company has since launched a natural version of five of our artificially flavored favorites, including M&M’s, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and Snickers.

UNREAL candy is void of corn syrup or hydrogenated oils, which is something to keep in mind as you’re stocking up on the season’s staples. After all, if “deep down in [his] bunny heart,” the Easter Bunny knows he’s been wrong to hand out unhealthy, cavity-causing confections, you should too.

Especially with Brady, Legend and Michaels on board.

Now, this isn’t the first time UNREAL has attracted top-notch celebrities. In September, Brady and Legend made a video appearance alongside Boston’s beloved Matt Damon and Square’s own Jack Dorsey–the future mayor of New York City, perhaps?
