When we talk about the fundamentals of marketing, one of the core pillars is effectively communicating with target audiences by providing them with a message or an understanding that that are receptive to. In short, talk to people in a language that they readily understand and want to hear.

In order to do this well, we often have to step back from all the marketing speak and consider the humanness of the people we’re trying to reach and what that  really means.
