Nantucket's Oath Craft Pizza is continuing its sizzling Boston expansion: The company, known for a proprietary fried dough-like crust and 90-second cook times, is set to open a Davis Square location Tuesday, June 7.
The Somerville spot will mark the chain's largest location, which also has restaurants in South Station and Chestnut Hill.
Menu items include salads, "craft pizzas" as well as breakfast and dessert pizzas, and The Selfie, a make-your-own option combining whatever you want. Stubborn Soda is on tap. And as for that crust, here's how the company describes it:
Our crust is prepared with 100% pure grain north dakota mills flour. We infuse it with pure olive oil and a hint of omg in a super secret double probation methodology that delivers a super crispy experience that is as unique as it is delicious.
Gluten-free crusts are available for any pizza, as well as vegan cheese.
