Placester, a Boston-based provider of real estate marketing software, announced on Friday that it has raised a $50 million Series D round led by existing investor New Enterprise Associates, bringing total funding to $100 million.

The company’s new funding round comes as it has seen more than 300 percent year-over-year revenue growth for the last three years, Placester said in its announcement. The company’s software provides real estate professionals with a number of services, including website creation, lead management, email marketing and analytics.
