Enosix, a Cincinnati-based SAP and Salesforce integration provider, has closed a $4.2 million Series B round.

The funding, news of which broke in the Cincinnati Business Courier on Monday, will go towards helping the company continue to scale. Mequon, Wis.-based Capital Midwest Fund led the round, with participation from Allos Ventures in Cincinnati, JumpStart Inc. and Mutual Capital Partners.

"We needed more gas in the tank to expand quicker, Enosix CEO and co-founder Gerald Schlechter told the Courier.

A Finsmes article on the round said that the capital from the Series B will specifically grow its sales team, continue the expansion of its technology and "expand its current integration offerings."
