Logan Exchange is the new kid on the block of DC coworking spaces. It’s owned and operated by MRP Realty, and is the real estate company’s first experience in coworking spaces.  The seven story historic building in Logan Circle has all modern amenities you need – large conference rooms, high speed networks and large bandwidths, video conferencing, etc. The recent design by DC tech office favorite Wingate Hughes preserves many original features of the circa 1910 building like the brick, crown molding, and wrought iron gates to give the space a cozy, vintage feel.

Additionally, it boasts amenities you didn’t know you needed like massage chairs, bike storage, bottomless coffee and beer, a large modern kitchen and pantry, locker rooms with a shower, and dog-friendly floors (as well as dog-free floors if you have allergies/no soul).

Leasing options range from basic lounge access to full floors.
